The Assistant to the General Manager (AGM) supports the daily operations of True West Film Center’s cinema, helping to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency. This part-time role is ideal for a motivated, organized professional with a background in theater operations, hospitality, or the arts. The AGM assists in managing theater operations, staff coordination, and box office reporting, while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and high-quality environment that reflects True West’s mission to bring film and media arts to Northern Sonoma County.

The Development & Membership Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of the Film Center by supporting fundraising, membership, donor relations, and volunteer activities. This position manages membership programs, assists with donor stewardship, coordinates volunteers, and supports fundraising campaigns and events. The role is full-time with some evening and weekend work required for events.
