Private Events and Rentals

There is no denying that movies bring people together, so why not consider hosting your next private or special event at our James Redford Campus, conveniently located steps from the downtown Healdsburg plaza.

Rental Spaces

The Campus comprises three state-of-the-art theaters equipped with Dolby 7.1 surround sound, Christie digital laser projection, and luxury seating, in addition to the multi-use North Lounge. The following spaces are available for rental, as is the Campus in its entirety.

Theater 1 – 21 seats, 1 wheelchair space, ground floor with direct access to the courtyard
Theater 2 – 54 seats, 4 wheelchair spaces, accessible via stairs or lift
Theater 3 – 27 seats, 2 wheelchair spaces, accessible via stairs or lift
The North Lounge – A casual, flexible 1,000 square foot space located on the ground floor and available for private events, meetings, parties, and more.
Courtyard – The courtyard may be added to a rental of one or more of the above spaces.

Parties, Meetings, and More

While each event is designed specifically for each client, there are a few standard formats for you to consider.

Private Screenings – Present the movie your choice in one of our theaters; ideal for birthday parties, team building events, employee appreciation, and more.
Cinema Takeovers – Take over all three theaters, accommodating a total of 102 guests. Screen the film of your choice, company presentation, or employee awards in all three theaters with our simulcast capabilities.
North Lounge Receptions – Host a private event or reception with wine and appetizers, either in conjunction with a film or private screening.
Corporate Meetings and Events – Take advantage of our state-of-the-art presentation technology for team building and employee engagement.
Galas – Rent the full campus for a gala, pre- or post-wedding event, or a celebration of life.
